Looking to clean out your empties after the May long weekend? Well good news - Cats of Salt Spring Rescue Society is having our next Bottle Drive THIS SUNDAY (May 28th) 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Return-It Depot.

ALL beverage containers can be returned:
- pop / juice / water CANS
- BEER CANS
- Plastic beverage containers - water, juice, milk, alcohol
- Gable top / tetra packs - milk, non-dairy milk, juice
- GLASS containers - alcohol, milk, juice

If it's a BEVERAGE container, you can bring it!

It's kitten season and we currently have MANY litters of kittens (and their moms) in our care. We also have OLDER kittens and some adult cats. Caring for all of these animals is EXPENSIVE. We are an INDEPENDENT rescue organization; we do not receive funding or grants. We are COMPLETELY volunteer run and foster-based - we pay NO SALARIES or OVERHEAD.
