SaltSpring Therapeutic Riding Association (SSTRA) is a much-loved local non-profit organization that has been serving the community for 22 years. We are looking to fill Board positions to help us deliver our commitment to promote the well-being and education of individuals with physical, intellectual, or emotional challenges through the development of equine skills and the delivery of therapeutic and wellness programs.

We are a friendly volunteer working Board with a diverse skill set, who meets monthly to govern and oversee the management of the organization. Board Members are also required to participate in Committee activities and attend Committee meetings and Special Events as required.

Please note that horse experience is not required.
