Movement on the floor, on a chair, standing and of a nature that asks:

How can I find calmness in my being? Is it through meditative thought, holistic sense, somatic feeling or movement exploration?

Is it possible to sit on a chair without crossing my legs and still be relaxed? Can I roll, rather than lift out of bed? Roll, rather than fall, to the ground, and roll up again?

What is ATM© practice? How is it different from yoga, aerobics, pilates, tai chi?

Is it true that with ATM© practice, one’s choice to do any movement activity is enhanced?

What does awareness of one's spine have to do with living longer?

What did the ATM© originator discover in Eastern martial arts to share with a curious western mind?

"I have pain in my left hip when I walk?" Can being aware of how my (good) right hip works make a difference to that pain?

Join Jeffery Wilson, of the San Diego ATM© dedicated Teacher Training, a trekker to base camp Everest, a tai chi student of 25 years, schooled in China, an over-thinking Doctor of Jurisprudence, and a slow to medium Rainbow Pool swimmer along with a few special guests to examine these and other questions through movement that is designed to be slow, soft and gentle and, if you choose to, may enable you to go faster, stronger.

Call-out for anyone who can generously offer billeting for one night for off-islanders. Call-out for anyone for whom $50 is too much. An anonymous donor will pay the cost and contribute $50.
