Hello Salt Spring!
Salt Spring Soda Company is offering an exclusive autumn offer for our apple kefirs and related products:
Purchase Salt Spring Soda Dollars for the 2019 season and receive a 20% bonus! $100 today = $120 in apple kefir tomorrow!
Our 2018 season is coming to a finish, but we are furiously picking apples and pressing ginger juice, preparing for another great season next year! We are fully committed and looking forward to the Tuesday and Saturday markets as well as numerous local events, such as the Fall Fair, Apple Festival, farm-to-table dinners and more!
Salt Spring Soda Dollars may be purchased at the Tuesday and Saturday market, at any event our stand is set up, or by appointment via email. We issue you a gift card, and record your credit in our secure digital filing system.
(And if you haven’t tried apple kefir yet, swing by the markets, or find us at the Fall Fair this weekend. See what the buzz is all about!)
All funds will be used to improve upon the business during the off-season, resulting in an even more robust season next year!
In the unlikely case that we do not return next year, due to sickness or otherwise, all Salt Spring Soda Dollars redeemed through this program will be backed up with local organic apple juice at $2.50/L as collateral. We are on track to press over 1000 L of organic Salt Spring apple juice, stored in clean PET bottles, and kept frozen at a commercial cold storage facility in Victoria. If we can’t get you apple kefir, we’ll get you the juice.
*note: credit can only be redeemed for juice in the unlikely situation the company is not operational next year.
Thanks to the community for supporting us this season. We have had a blast serving our community this wholesome, healthy beverage and supporting local agriculture and the regenerative economy in the process.
Stay tuned for more opportunities in the future!
