    Item Description:

Aikido is a great martial art for children. Practice includes basic movements, techniques, and tumbling to promote mental and physical development.
Aikido offers a safe and playful environment to learn a beautiful soft style of martial art where we practice deflecting and neutralising rather than engaging in aggressive behaviour.

Aikido is as much about a healthy and confident lifestyle as it is about learning physical techniques.
