Acting Classes: Movement Psychology

I moved to Saltspring from the UK 6 months ago. Hello! I teach an acting method that is taught around the UK and I am in love with it. I have been using the method for 20 years and teaching for around 10. As an Actor, we start with you and all of the. elements that make up a human being (we have it all inside) and we explore those elements. Some things we are more familiar with and we do everyday, somethings make us feel uncomfortable - but exploring that is part of acting!

By the end of 8 sessions, you will have a clear grasp of this transformational acting method , you will have the start of a solo performance (including comedy), you will have more confidence speaking and performing in public.
