Hello Saltspring!

I have bookings available for 60 and 75 minute Registered Massage Therapy treatments at my office at the Merchant Mews.

I am passionate about my work in Massage Therapy and its ability to increase mobility and decrease pain and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

My unique clinical approach to Massage Therapy utilizes a variety of techniques based on assessment of the clients individual needs and I am able to read the body quickly and with technical precision to identify imbalances.

Some examples of these techniques include deep tissue and relaxation massage, passive range of motion stretch, joint mobilization, cranial sacral therapy, myofascial release, visceral manipulation and shiatsu therapy. I also recommend home care for clients, which may include stretching and strength exercises or the use of heat or cold.
