More than 400 properties on Salt Spring Island can now provide a new form of lawful rental housing.

At its April 28, 2020 meeting the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee (LTC) adopted Bylaw No. 512 to permit the full-time residential rental of accessory cottages on 411 Salt Spring Island properties.
