UPDATE: November 7th, 2017 – 8:41 AM – The Ganges Post Office is open and our system is up and running! Hours of operation at the Ganges Post Office are 8:30am-5:00pm today. Thank you!

UPDATE: November 6th, 2017 – 1:23 PM – The technical team is shutting the Ganges Post Office down until about 2pm today to try to do a complete fix. After 2pm today, we hope to be fully functional. We will continue to provide updates as we get more information. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: November 6th, 2017 – 9:29 AM – Ganges Post Office is open today (8:30-5:00) with limited services. Customers are welcome to come down to pick up carded items and purchase most products (stamps, prepaid envelopes). We can not do scale services which means no parcel services (sending a parcel) at this time. Fulford Post Office is open as usual today from 10:00-4:00. Mail deliver is not affected by these technical issues.

UPDATE: November 3rd, 2017 – 2:27 PM – Technical support continues to work on the computer issues, unfortunately we have no ETA. At this point we are hoping to be open on Monday. Will keep you posted with any new updates. Fulford Post Office is open until 6pm today. Mail delivery has NOT been affected by the computer issues. The letter carriers (RSMC’s) have been delivering letter mail and parcels as usual. Any mail deposited into outgoing mail slots are being collected and put into the mail stream.

UPDATE: Post office is still closed while the technicians continue to work on the issue. They are now hoping to have this resolved for sometime this afternoon, but will keep us posted as they do not have an ETA. As a reminder, Fulford PO is open.

UPDATE: November 3rd, 2017 – Ganges Post Office is not operational yet, but hoping to be up and running by around 10:30-11:00 AM today. Will keep you posted.

UPDATE: November 2nd, 2017 – Unfortunately, the Ganges Post Office is closed again this morning and it looks like all day today. The Fulford Post Office remains open as an alternative. We will keep you updated as we get more information.

UPDATE: November 1st, 2017 – Community notice to let everyone know that the Ganges Post Office is closed due to a serious technical issue today (November 1st, 2017). Computers in the office appear to have suffered a motherboard failure causing the closure of the office. They expect to be open tomorrow, but check back here for updates. The Fulford Post Office remains open as an alternative. More details to share when available.
