Central interesection and other projects

Description

I would like everyone to consider the following thought.We live a very high standard of living and safe environment compared to many areas of the world.The cost of that is becoming very high to the point that many people struggle to enjoy the ammentities that we have.I believe that we need to stop looking for further capital projects,additional parks,bike trails etc and pay for what we are already committed to.What we need to ask the CRD and the Islands Trust is to seek ways to reduce taxes and to limit any furher expenditures to absolutly necessary issues.The intersection improvement would be nice to have and my sympathy to those involved in the latest incident but anyone that thinks that stop signs or lights will stop illegal or stupid activities are fooling themselves.Let find those responsible and heavily penalize them rather then spending significant funds and pretend that will solve the problem.
